What does our Board do?
The RRA Board establishes the strategic directions and policies that guide our work and ensures that RRA is soundly governed and managed for the benefit of all.
Tony Wiggins – Founder/President
Tony is a recognised HR leader with over 20+ years working in the Queensland Public, Private and Not-For-Profit sectors in the areas of leadership development, talent management, learning and development and workplace health and safety. As a grassroots professional, he is committed to “developing the human talent” within organisations” and working with clients to bringing about real and sustainable change.
As a Certified Practising Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), he has achieved:
- AHRI Medal for Exceptional Service as a Queensland HR Professional
- Australia Day Achievement Award for Service in the Queensland Government
- Winner of two Australian HR awards – Best Learning and Development Strategy (Public and Private Sectors).

Tony is currently the Queensland State Secretary and Councillor for the AHRI Queensland State Council with eight (8) years’ experience on Council.
He holds postgraduate qualifications in Master of Organisational Development and Training from Southern Cross University and Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Griffith University. Qualifications also include Bachelor Business (Organisational Studies), Certificate IV Training and Assessment and Certificate IV Workplace Health and Safety.

Caroline McGuire – Board Member
Caroline is a qualified and certified human resources specialist and coach, with a broad background across industries and organisations. Using neuroscience and coaching methodologies, she specialises in developing highly productive, emotionally intelligent leaders.
Caroline is a coach and HR Consultant with Clariti Consulting Australia and also provides HR consultancy services to organisations across the entire employee lifecycle.
Caroline is currently the Queensland State President and Councillor for the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) with several years’ experience on the Council.
Andrea O’Halloran – Board Member
Andrea is a commercially-driven, highly-effective human resources manager with extensive business partnering and consulting experience in global, corporate, government and non-profit organisations, in Australia and the UK.
MBA qualified with robust commercial experience, and qualifications in governance and risk, Andrea takes a collaborative approach and leverages the contributions of people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to achieve significant improvements to the culture and systems that sustain inclusive practices.
Andrea has a keen interest in governance and is an experienced chair, secretary and treasurer for not-for-profit, social and community enterprises. sHE respectfully challenges the status quo to achieve things that most people think are impossible.
